Follow these steps to integrate Maedo Webchat into your Shopify Online Store.

Installation Steps

  1. Go to your Shopify Admin panel.
  2. Click on Online Store > Themes.
  3. Find your current theme and click Customize.
  4. In the left sidebar, scroll down to the Footer section.
  5. Click Add block (or Add section) and select Custom Liquid.
  6. Paste your Maedo embed code into the Liquid code box.

  1. Click Save.

Verification

Open your Shopify storefront and verify that the chat widget appears in the bottom corner.
